Payment covers the review of the submission and, if approved, the purchased advertising placement. Payment does not guarantee approval or publication.
A submission rejected because of submitter-related issues or failure to meet submission requirements may receive an 80% refund, with 20% retained as an administrative review fee. If LA Underground Radio cannot provide the purchased placement because of an internal or technical failure, the payment will be refunded in full.
Fraudulent, unlawful or rights-infringing submissions are not eligible for a refund. Approved listings become non-refundable once they are publicly accessible on the LA Underground Radio website or through another purchased placement. Internal approval or scheduling alone does not constitute publication.
Approved refunds will be initiated within five business days. Additional processing time may depend on the payment processor, bank or card issuer.
If the organizer cancels the event, LA Underground Radio may issue a non-stackable 20% discount code for one future listing, valid for six months.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LA Underground Radio’s total financial liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected listing. LA Underground Radio is not responsible for event expenses, lost revenue, ticket sales, attendance or other indirect or business-related losses.
